Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed before shipment, and most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–12 business days from the order date. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Rates
Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $59 or more. Any applicable shipping charge for other orders will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delays
Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience if an unexpected delay occurs.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and relevant photos. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
